Construction Works For Maktau Bus Public Sanitation Facility

WATER FUND TENDER 2020 

Water and Sewerage Company Limited, a Water Service Provider licensed by Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) and fully owned by the County Government of Taita Taveta has received funds from Water Sector Trust Fund and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to cover eligible payments under the contract for Construction Works For Maktau Bus public Sanitation Facility (PSF) in Taita-Taveta County.

TAVEVO Water and Sewerage Company Limited now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors to undertake the works. The works includes:-

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the tendering documents at the address given below during office hours from (0800hrs- 1300hrs & 1400hrs to 1700hrs) on Monday to Friday except on public holidays, complete set of Tender document with specification can be downloaded free of charge from the company website: www.tavevowater.co.ke  Tenderers who download Tender documents shall email their names, contact details and tender to procurement@tavevowater.co.ke  for registration purposes before the Tender closing date. Further, all Tenderers are advised to visit the website regularly to check any updates or addenda that may be issued.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box situated at TAVEVO Water and Sewerage Company Limited headquarters offices, Sophia Road opposite Ministry of Agriculture offices or be posted to the address indicated below: –

To be received on or before Friday, 13^th November, 2020 at 11.00 a.m. local time. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the company’s boardroom in the presence of the interested tenderers or their representatives who chose to attend.
