PREQUALIFICATION FOR PURCHASE OF OFFICE BUILDING
Kite Sacco Society Limited (DT Sacco in Kisumu town) intends to purchase Office Building that will accommodate its entire Staff under one roof in an environment conducive and convenient for efficient delivery of the Sacco Business.
The Office Building required should be located within the defined areas as specified in the Prequalification document.
The Prequalification is open to Estate Agents registered in Kenya who have appropriate and valid accreditations or individual Property Owners with the capacity to enter into contract.
The bidding information, Specifications and Short-listing criteria can be downloaded from, www.kitesacco.co.ke or obtained from the office during working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of kshs.1,000/-

Prequalification documents written in plain English form are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelope, marked with the Prequalification number and name and be deposited in the tender box provided at Kite Sacco Offices, Reinsurance Plaza Building, Ground floor, Wedco Centre, Kisumu so as to be received on or before 12th March, 2021 at 10.00 a.m.
The prequalification applications will be opened immediately thereafter in the Board Room, Kite Sacco in the presence of candidates/representatives who choose to attend.
