Interested bidders can view/obtain the tender document from the County Government of Tana River website www.tanarivercounty.go.ke and /or the IFMIS tender portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS negotiation number given above.

N/B: Hard copies will not be accepted.

Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below as a minimum, supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

  2. Dully Certified Valid Tax compliance certificate
  3. Dully Certified Copy of registration certificate
  4. Dully filled form of tender
  5. Bid Security (from approved institutions, proper validity period,
  6. Minimum litigation history, (sworn affidavit to be provided)
  7. Dully filled confidential business questionnaire form
  8. Must attain valid business permit issued by Tana River County Government.
  9. Site visit mandatory will be on The Day 7 of June, 2021 for Water Project Tender.

Bidders MUST submit their application through the IFMIS Portal not later than 14th June, 2021 Tenders will be opened on 14th June, 10.00 am at the tana river county government office in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late tenders will be returned unopened.
