Resource Conflict Institute (RECONCILE) hereby invites tenders from eligible and qualified bidders with relevant experience for the supply of grass seeds as per the description in the table below.

 2,000 Kilograms DDP RECONCILE office at the Marigat water offices next to CDF Building Baringo County 5 working days after contract signature

NOTE: All bid MUST be inclusive of transportation cost and 16% VAT where applicable

  1. The bid MUST be submitted through electronic format on the mail info@reconcile-ea.org and cc; vincent@reconcile-ea.org. The deadline for submission of bid is 05.00 PM on Friday 11/06/2021.
  2. The Bids will be opened physically on Monday 14/06/2021 at 12.00 noon at the RECONCILE Head Office, Off Oginga Avenue, Next to Sunrise Evans Hospital, P. O. Box 7150 -20110, Nakuru,
  3. The successful tenderer will be required to produce to the satisfaction of the specified concerned authority, valid registration credentials and other statutory documents for their company and previously completed supply works in their favor under the provision of the LAWS OF KENYA.
  4. Additionally, the tenderer shall be required to enter into a contractual agreement with RECONCILE before commencement of ‘ work.

NB: The grass seeds MUST be certified by KEPHIS.

The presence of Bidders at the tender opening session will be allowed based on the Kenyan Government and RECONCILED directives towards social gatherings. Bidders can be updated on the opening session one day before opening session by calling +254 722 256 059. All Bidders will be notified on the outcome of the opening via info@reconcile-ea.org.
