NATIONAL GOVERNMENT AFFIRMATIVE ACTION FUND KWALE TENDER 2021 

The national government affirmative action fund invites tender from motor cycle dealers for the supply and delivery of motor cycle, trail 101-130cc

Interested candidates who are registered dealers in motor cycles may obtain further information and insect the tender docu­ments at Supply chain management Officers Office at Kwale

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of one thousand shillings (1000) only in cash or Bankers’ Cheques addressed to the Kwale National Government Affirmative Action Fund during normal working hours.

Price quoted must be net inclusive of all taxes and expressed in Kenya shillings and must remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening.

Only tenderers who meet the following criteria demonstrated by attachment of the relevant documentary evidence should be considered for further evaluation.

1. Must be registered motor cycle dealer           
2. Must attach copy of registration certificate as a company
3. Must attach PIN/certificate
4. Must attach certificate of good conduct of company
5. Must attach a copy of Tax compliance certificate
6. Must attach a valid single Business permit

Complete tender in an enclosed and sealed envelope marked with the tender number at the right corner, should be ad­dressed to the coordinator National Government affirmative Action Fund P.O.Box 1 -80403 Kwale or deposited at in the tender Box situated at the county commissioners office situated at supply chain management office so as to be received on or before 15^th June 2021 at 10:00 am. Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the in the County Commissioner boardroom in the presence of applicants of their representatives who wish to written to COODINATOR
