Interested bidders should access the documents through the institute website www.mtib.ac.ke or get a hard copy at the procurement office with a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1000 per document in cash or bankers cheque. Interested applicants (suppliers) will be registered for a maximum of two (2) categories.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS.
- A copy of business registration certificate/certificate of incorporation.
- A copy of a pin certificate.
- A copy of valid tax compliance certificate.
- Form of tender correctly filled, signed and witnessed as required.
- Confidential business questionnaire duly filed and signed.
- A copy of a valid business permit.
NOTE
- For people living with disability (PWD’s), must attach registration documents with the special groups.
- For special groups (youth, women, people living with disability category), the supplier must attach certificate or registration from Registrar of companies and AGPO Certificate. Canvassing is highly discouraged and may lead to automatic disqualification.
iii. Failure to meet any of these requirements may lead to automatic-disqualification of the tender.
Completed Tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Category Number and Category description should be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Deputy Principals Office at Machakos Technical Institute for the Blind on or before 17th June 2021 addressed to:
