Eligible bidders may obtain tender documents from Butere Technical and Vocational College procurement office during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of one thousand shillings (Kshs. 1000/=) per category of tender payable to Butere Technical and Vocational College bank account number 1200942043 OR be downloaded from the college website: www.buteretvc.ac.ke Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with name of the tender, the tender reference number and without identifying the name of the tenderer should be deposited in the Tender Box provide at the boardroom so as to be received on or before Friday 25th June 2021 at 11.00 am addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the boardroom. The tender is only open to those who meet the requirement for eligibility and documentary evidence for eligibility must be attached. For each bid submitted the bidder is required to serialize each page. The college reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in part or as a whole. Youth, Women and Persons with Disabilities are encouraged to apply.
