KENYA EXPORT PROMOTION AND BRANDING AGENCY TENDER 2021 

TENDER NOTICE

The Expo 2020 Dubai is dubbed as the ‘World’s Greatest Show” which will be a celebration of human brilliance and achievement under the theme “Connecting Minds Creating the Future”. As the first World Expo to take place in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA), the six months event scheduled to take place from 1st October 2021 through 31st March 2022 and will be a moment in time to be part of. It will bring together 25 million visitors with many of them expected to visit more than once. 70 per cent (70%) of them will be expected to come from outside the UAE, the largest proportion of international visitors in the 169-year history of the World Expos. Kenya has confirmed participation and has scheduled events, forums, exhibitions among others to position the country brand optimally in the 6 months event.

1.0   Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency invites eligible bidders to submit sealed tenders for the provision of the following.

1. KEPROBA/RFP/007/2020-2021 Provision of event Management /Organisation and Planning for Kenya’s participation at the EXPO 2020 DUBAI Open 21st June 2021

at 11.00 a.m.

 

2.0               A complete tender document may be obtained by interested candidates during official working hours from the Supply chain department 4th Floor, NHIF Building during working days, between 8:00 A.M – 1:00 P.M and 2:00 P.M – 4:30 P.M, upon payment of a non – refundable fee of KES 1,000 in cash or bankers cheque payable The Chief Executive officer or downloaded for free of charge from our website www.brand.ke  and Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke.

3.0               All bidders who download the tender document MUST register with procurement office by sending an email to prc@brand.ke so as to be able to receive necessary clarifications and addenda

4.0               Tenders must be delivered/posted indicating the tender Number and title to address below: and be deposited in the Tender Box at the reception area NHIF Plaza 4th Floor Upperhill.

5.0               Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend COVID 19 Pandemic will be observed
