Kisumu Water and Sanitation Company Ltd invites sealed bids from interested, competent and eligible bidders for the following construction works:

Note:-

• Interested and eligible bidders may inspect and download tender documents from Kisumu Water and Sanitation Company (KIWASCO) website, www.kiwasco.co.ke. free of charge. Because of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic, we shall not be selling hard copies of the tender documents.
• Interested bidders who download the documents must send their particulars immediately through email aogwang@kiwasco.co.ke for registration purposes before the tender closing date. Bidders are advised to visit the website regularly to check any updates or addenda that may be issued.
• Site visit has been organized on the date indicated above. All interested bidders will be expected to assemble at Kisumu Water and Sanitation Company offices in Kisumu at exactly 11.00am before proceeding to the site. All interested bidders who attend the site visit are expected to arrange for their own means of transport.
• In the midst of the current COVID-19 pandemic, all bidders will be expected to strictly comply with the MOH guidelines/protocols with regard to COVID-19 pandemic and PPRA Advisory Ref: PPRA/6/5 VOL 1 (1), PPRA Circular No. 02/2020, dated 27th March 2020 on Preventive Measures for Handling Procurement Activities due to CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19) during the site visit.
• Duly completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with relevant tender number should be hand delivered and placed in KIWASCO Tender Box situated at KIWASCO head office, Nafaka House, Ground floor, addressed to;

So as to be received on or before 12.00 noon Thursday, the 12th day of August 2021. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Company’s Kibuye Reservoir Offices in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected and returned un-opened.

KIWASCO reserves the right to accept or reject any tenders either in whole or part.
