EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY OF AN ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) – JSC

JUDICIAL SERVICE COMMISSION TENDER JULY 2021 

The Judicial Service Commission invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers for the Expression of Interest for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Training and Commissioning of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System for Judicial Service Commission.

Interested candidates may view/obtain the tender document by downloading it from the JSC’s website: www.jsc.go.ke  or the Public Procurement information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke. All Clarifications and/or addendums will be posted on the JSC and PPIP websites. Any request for clarifications must be made in writing.

The tenders must be paginated and serialized sequentially pursuant to Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015.

Each Expression of Interest documents shall be submitted in two separate envelopes, one marked ORIGINAL and one marked COPY. Both envelopes shall be placed in an outer envelope and sealed. The outer envelope, clearly marked with the tender number and name: JSC/E0I/001/2021-2022 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING OF AN ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) SYSTEM FOR J.S.C and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at J.S.C Reception area, Kenya Re-insurance Plaza, Taifa Road, Nairobi and addressed to:

to be received on or before 10^th August, 2021 at 1100hrs.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Main Boardroom located JSC Offices, Wing A, or as may be advised by the client.
