Bidders may examine and obtain detailed tender documents from Public Procurement  Information Portal  (www.tenders.go.ke) Prices quoted should include all taxes and must be expressed in Kenyan Shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of tender opening.

Completely filled tender documents sealed in a plain envelope marked with tender number and  description should be addressed to;

Bids will be opened thereafter in the boardroom located within the building in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Those who chose to attend MUST OBSERVE COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
