The Mater Misericordiae Hospital, a Faith Based institution, invites bids from interested eligible insurance brokers for the following tenders as per the instructions provided here under.

Tender documents can be accessed on our website www.materkenya.com/tender. Interested eligible bidders will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of Kshs.3,000/= only at the Hospital’s Casualty Cash Office and attach the original receipt to the tender document during submission. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tenders@materkenya.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
Envelopes will be clearly marked with the tender number and addressed to:

Tenders shall be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Administration Block 3rd floor. Opening of submissions will be conducted at the designated locations in the tender document. Tenderers or their representatives are free to attend the opening session on Thursday 12th August, 2021 at 1100 hours local time.
