The National Gender and Equality Commission (NGEC) is a Constitutional Commission established by the National Gender and Equality Commission Act. No. 15 of 2011 under Article 59 (4) & (5) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
The Commission invites applications from eligible candidates for Registration of Suppliers for a period of two (2) calendar years.

The Registration documents for Open categories are to be obtained from the NGEC Supply Chain Management Office during working hours or be downloaded free of charge from the Commission website: www.ngeckenya.org and the Public Procurement Information Portal: www.tenders.go.ke Applicants who download the document should register with our Supply Chain Management Division before submitting their Registration, by sending their names, email and telephone number to: info@ngeckenya.org
The AGPO prequalified suppliers are required to download the Application form from the link: https://www.ngeck- enya.org/Downloads/AGPO-PREQUALIFIED-SUPPLIERS.docx and fill in their business details. The Application form can also be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Office during working hours.
The Completed Registration documents in plain sealed envelopes indicating the title of the Registration and Reference number shall be placed in sealed envelopes and marked on the envelope and addressed to:

Or be deposited in the Tender Box on 1st floor of Solution Tech Place, Longonot Road to be received on or before Tuesday, 31st August 2021 at 11.00 am
The Registration documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidate or their representatives who choose to attend at the NGEC Boardroom on the 1st Floor of the same building.
