Integrated Education for Community Empowerment (IECE) is a local NGO based in Nairobi, Kenya.
To support our activities:
IECE invites sealed envelope tenders from eligible suppliers registered under the Law of Kenya for supply and delivery of above mentioned goods. The documents can be sent to our procurement email addresss: iece_procurement@iefce.org or dropped at our offices at the address below.
Interested candidates may download request for quotation (RFQ) forms with lists of the items required for from the link: https://www.iefce.org/tenders/
The company profile, registration documents, latest TAX compliance certificate and completed request for quotation documents clearly indicating tender number should be in sealed envelopes or sent directly to our procurement email above. The envelope clearly labelled as below:

IECE office is situated in Kariobangi/ off Komarock Road/ Star Business Centre, 3rd Floor. Deadline for receiving the tender documents is on or before 30th August/ 2021 at 10:00 am.
Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline by the Tender Committee.
N/B: 1. Quantities of items may be adjusted to align the total cost with the budgeted amount. 2. IECE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and is not bound to give any reasons for its decision.
Specific instructions:
- Goods to be delivered and received at our stores in 2 batches.
- Goods shall be verified for quality satisfaction, long expiry dates and approved by an IECE program’s staff.
- Attached find a Tender questioner, IECE whistleblowing, and Mandatory Principals of Humanitarian Aid procurement. They should be signed, stamped and sent back together with bid documents.
