Interested eligible bidders under the Special Group of Women Category (proof of registration required) may download a complete set of tender document from State Department for Tourism website: www.tourism.go.ke or Treasury portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke free of charge. Tenderers who download the document should register with the Department through Email: procurement@tourism.go.ke to access any clarifications or addendum issued.
Tendering will be conducted under open National Competitive Bidding using a standardized tender document.
The Tenderer must fill, sign and stamp the Tender Securing Declaration Form provided, provide a self-declaration that the firm is not debarred from participating in Public Procurement and provide a self-declaration that the firm will not engage in corrupt practice.
Each copy of the tender shall be paginated serially, prior to submission.
Tenderers are invited for site visit to verify details and scope of services as scheduled here below:-
Utalii House offices located at Utalii House 7th and 6th floor on 27th August 2021 at 11.00am. Contact person: Office superintendent (7th floor Room No.705).
NSSF offices located at NSSF building, Block ‘A’ on 15th,20th and 21st floor on 27thAugust;2021 at 1.00pm Contact person: Office Superintendent (7th floor room no.705)
Completed Tender Documents, both Original and a Copy in plain sealed envelopes, marked tender number NCB NO MOT/01/2021-2023 for the provision of cleaning services and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed to: –

and be deposited in the Tender Box on 6th Floor at the Utalii House Nairobi so as to be received on or before 31st August, 2021 AT 11.00 A.M. Submitted bids will be opened publicly in the 7th floor Conference room, Utalii House soon after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
Late bids shall be declared late, rejected, and returned un opened.
Prices quoted must be net inclusive of VAT and all Government Taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and must remain valid for one hundred forty (140) days from the opening date of the tender.
The Government reserves the right to reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
