Machakos Girls’ High School invites interested eligible bidders to apply for the tender as shown below.

Interested bidders can complete a set of tender document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 in bank account number: 1149826711 or download from the school website for free.

Qualification for tendering (Mandatory);

The following documents are mandatory:

1. i)Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration
2. ii)Copy of CR12,

iii)     Copy of valid business permit

1. iv)KRA PIN certificate
2. v)Valid tax compliance certificate
3. vi)Bid security equivalent to 2% of tender sum

vii)   Current valid NCA 4 and above certificate

viii) Current NCA annual practicing license

1. ix)Audited accounts for the last four years (2020:2019:2018:2017)
2. x)Duly filled form of tender
3. xi)Duly filled Tender &Business Questionnaire

xii)    A copy of pre-tender site visit certificate

Pre-tender site visit

There shall be mandatory site visit on 31st August, 2021, at 10:00 A.M.

The criteria of evaluation of bids

The criteria shall be as described in the tender document. Completed tender document enclosed in separate plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the respective tender name and number should be addressed to:

And be deposited in the tender box situated at Machakos Girls’ High School administration block on or before 9^th September,2021,at 10.00am.Tender documents will be opened on 9th September, 2021, as from noon in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will not be accepted
