INVITATION TO TENDER |
The Parliamentary Joint Services invites sealed tenders from eligible, qualified tenderers to tender for the following

Qualified and interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Office on 4th Floor, Protection House, Nairobi during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours or email through procurementpjs@parliament.go.ke or dg@parliament.go.ke.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Commission Website http://www.parliament.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurementpjs@parliament.go.ke or dg@parliament.go.ke and the address below to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
There shall be a pre-bid meeting on 2nd September, 2021. at 11.00 am in the 11th Floor Boardroom, Protection House, along Parliament Road, Nairobi.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs. 500,000.00 valid for 217 days from the date of tender opening, in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya, payable to the Procuring Entity.
Duly completed, serialized and paginated tender documents including any addenda, appendices and attachments (original and copy) are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number, name and as prescribed under the tender documents and be dropped in the Tender Box at the Reception on 2nd Floor, Protection House, Nairobi or be addressed to:

so as to be received on or before 10th September, 2021 at 11.00 a.m.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates who choose to attend or their appointed representatives, at Protection House, 2nd floor boardroom, Nairobi.
Prices (Premium) quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery cost, must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 182 days after the date of Tender Opening.
