TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY, IMPLEMENTATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF AN ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
1.1 IG [Invest & Grow] SACCO Society Ltd invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the supply, implementation, testing and commissioning of an Electronic Document Management System [EDMS].
1.2 The tender commencement date is Friday, August 27,2021.
1.3 Interested eligible candidates may view and download the document free of charge from IG Sacco Ltd website on the following link: https://www.igsaccoltd.co.ke/downloads/tenders or purchase the documents at a cost of Kshs 1,000.00 from the procurement office at IG Sacco Plaza, Khalisia Road 3, Kakamega. Bidders who download the tender document from the Sacco’s website shall be required to email their detailed contact information to info@igsaccoltd.co.ke for future communication.
1.4 Completed tenders should be received on or before Friday, September 17,2021 at 10:00am. The Technical and Financial proposals shall be submitted in two copies each [Original and Copy], and in two separate envelopes marked as “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” and “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL”. Both envelopes shall be placed in an outer envelope and sealed. The outer envelope shall bear the Tender No and marked ‘DO NOT OPEN BEFORE Friday, September 17,2021 at 10:00am, and shall be addressed to

1.5 The documents MUST be submitted in HARD COPY and should be deposited in the tender box located on the ground floor of IG Sacco Plaza.The tender box will be opened immediately after the closing time, in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, for acknowledgement of receipt of the bids. This activity shall take place in the Sacco Boardroom on 2nd Floor, IG SACCO Plaza, Kakamega. Note: Only one witness per bidder will be allowed during the tender opening session. This is in compliance with the Government of Kenya guidelines on Covid 19 pandemic management.
