Detailed Pre-qualification/Registration of Suppliers documents may be inspected and or obtained from the Procurement Office situated on 9s1 floor, Bima House, Harambee Avenue during working hours (8.00am- 1.00pm and 2.00pm-5.00pm) or the organization’s website www.cob.go.ke free of any charges.

Completed Pre-qualification/Registration documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked Pre-qualification/Registration of Suppliers 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 indicating the category and item description as indicated should be addressed to:

Pre-qualification documents will be opened immediately after the closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, while strictly following the Ministry of Health protocols, at the Office of the Controller of Budget Boardroom on 12th floor, Bima House.
