EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY FOR RECRUITMENT SERVICES – KIPPRA

KENYA INSTITUTE FOR PUBLIC POLICY RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS (KIPPRA) TENDER SEPTEMBER 2021 

The Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) is a public policy research Institute established to develop human and institutional capacities required for the formulation of medium and long-term strategic perspectives for development of Kenya. The Institute discharges this mandate by undertaking economic forecasting, policy analysis and research, and capacity building.

The Institute is inviting Expression of Interest from eligible, qualified, experienced firms with the necessary skills to offer con­sultancy on recruitment services to KIPPRA. Firms will be expected to provide documentary evidence and accomplishments of experience in conducting similar assignments in corporate organizations.

Firms MUST provide the following eligibility requirements to be used as evaluation criteria:

• Detailed company profile, physical address, and qualification of key managers and directors and names of 3 support staff to undertake the assignment, including their qualifications with lead manager to have a minimum of Masters degree in HR or other related Social sciences and 3 support staff to have a minimum of bachelors in HR or other related Social sciences. The lead manager MUST be accredited IHRM professional or equivalent (CVs and academic certificates of key managers and the support staff to be attached).
• Certificate of Registration or Incorporation,
• Relevant Business Permit
• Copy of Tax Compliance Certificate (to be verified online through KRA TCC checker).
• Audited accounts for the last 2 years (2019 and 2020).
• Firm Experience: The firm must have previous experience of a minimum of three (3) years in undertaking similar assign­ment- attach evidence.
• Reference: The firm should have provided a similar service to at least three organizations preferably in public sector -To provide evidence and contact person(s) with their telephone contacts in each case.

A set of complete tender documents (1 Original and 3 copies- serialized/paginated) in a plain sealed envelope clearly indi­cating “Tender No. KP/KRS/002/2021-2022- Expression of Interest for consultancy for recruitment services” should be deposited in the tender box located at 7th floor Bishops Garden Towers, Bishops Road, Nairobi.

Large documents that cannot fit in the tender box shall be registered at the Supply Chain Management office located on 7th floor Bishops Garden Towers. The tender documents should be addressed to:
