OPEN NATIONAL TENDER

Kericho Water and Sanitation Company invites bids from eligible firms to undertake the following works.

Mandatory Requirements

1. Must be a registered contractor with the National Construction Authority (NCA 6 and above for either Water works/ Civil or Building)
2. A Bid Bond of 2% of tender sum inform of Bank Guarantee from a reputable Bank or insurance companies approved by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
3. Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
4. Mandatory Site visit on Monday, 8^th September, 2021, 10.00a.rn at KEWASCO Main office and Project Site for those who apply for Restoration of Water Supply Infrastructure Participating firms are advised to download tender documents free of charge from the company website: www.kewasco.co.ke. All other terms and conditions remain as per the tender document.

Completed Bid Documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with Tender reference Number and Name without identifying the sender be deposited in the Tender Box located at Company’s Main Office opposite Cash office not later than Tuesday, 14t^h September 2021 at 12.00noon.

Bids will be opened immediately thereafter at the Company’s GIS Office in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
