TENDER INVITATION NOTICE |
The Bondo NG-CDF wishes to invite tenders from eligible bidders for the FT 2020/2021 for the following tender.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- The prices quote MUST be net after all application taxes and in Kenya shillings
- A copy of certificate of incorporation or business registration
- A copy of VAT certificate
- A copy of valid KRA tax compliance certificate
- A copy of PIN certificate
- A copy of current trading license
- Samples of previous buses built
Detailed tender documents can be obtained from the Bondo NG-CDF office at a nonrefundable fee of Ksh.2,000. Completed tender documents submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the respective Tender Number should be deposited in the tender box situated at Bondo town on or before 16th September, 2021, at 10.00a.m.
The tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who will attend.
The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
