Bomet Municipality in conjunction with Kenya Urban Support programme (KUSP) invites sealed bids from interested eligible bidders in relevant categories to laid for the following listed tender. The Tender documents can be downloaded free of charge from the County Government of Bomet website, www.bomet.go.ke. Or suppliers’ portal vide the negotiation numbers attached for each tender.

KENYA URBAN SUPPORT PROGRAM (KUSP CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY)
Procurement of the tenders shall be based on post qualification and the following details must be submitted together with the priced bid. Failure to submit the information will be a reason for disqualification.
- Certified copy of certificate of Registration / Incorporation
- Certified copy of certificate of registration with the National Construction Authority in Category NCA 2 and above.
III. Bid security amounting to KSh:l,000,000 in form of Bank Guarantee and valid for 120 days
- Certified copy of current contractor’s practicing licence of the National Construction Authority in the categories mentioned in (ii) above.
- Certified Copy of Recent CR12 Form – (12months) from Registrar of Companies
- Copies of National Identity Card / Valid Passports of Directors
VII. Duly filled Confidential Business Questionnaire (CBQ)
VIII. Valid Business Permit /Trading licence from the County Government of Bomet
- Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- All pages of the submitted bid document must be sequentially serialized
- Client satisfaction on previous and current assignments.
XII. Any other condition as stipulated in the Tender Documents
Mandatory pre-tender site visit shall be on THURSDAY 16th SEPTEMBER 2021 as from 10.00am
The Employer will carry out due diligence on all documents submitted. Adequacy of qualifications will be determined through an evaluation procedure as described in the bid documents.
All responses should be done both manually and online attaching requisite documents using IFMIS negotiation number provided and a copy of Duly completed tender document in plain sealed envelope marked “TENDER” NO…………..for…………………..” should be addressed to:

Or deposited in the tender box situated at the Procurement headquarters on or before Thursday 23rd September, 2021 at 10:00am East African Time and thereafter the documents will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend.
