North Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency (NRVWWDA) is one of the nine (9) Water Works Development Agencies established under the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation through Legal Notice No 4 of 7th February 2020 pursuant to the Water Act 2016 with the main mandate of development of water and sanitation infrastructure in the Counties of Uasin Gishu, West Pokot, Turkana and Elgeyo Marakwet.
The Agency invite sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for supply and delivery of goods, provision of services and works for the Financial Years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.

Completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes indicating tender Number must be deposited in the tender box or to the address below on or before 28th September,2021, to 30th September 2021 as per the bidding document at 12.00 noon. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the boardroom in presence of Bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at 12.05p.m. at the Agency’s Conference room.
