The Tender Document can be obtained Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website http://www.tenders.co.ke/ free of charge or County Assembly website. http://www.homabavassembly.go.ke/.
All clarifications or addendums will be posted on the Homa Bay County Assembly website. All request for clarifications must be made in writing.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 150 days from the closing date of the tender.
Complete tender documents will not be physically availed since the tender will be done electronically, the tender closes on Thursday 30th September 2021 at 11:00 am in the e-platform.
Documents shall thereafter be opened immediately after the closing time, tenders will be evaluated electronically and thus tenders or representatives would not be required during the opening.
