The tender documents with detailed specifications shall be downloaded free of charge from County Government of West Pokot Website www.westpokot.go.ke or IFMIS PORTAL; www.supplier.treasury.go.ke and Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke.
Completed tender documents MUST be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: www.suppiier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before 22nd October, 2021 at 12:00 Noon EXCEPT for the framework agreements which MUST be submitted MANUALLY.
Duly completed bids for the framework agreements should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender numbers and descriptions;
