Tender document with detailed requirements, terms and conditions of application shall be downloaded free of charge from the supplier portal: supplier.treasury.go.ke. the assembly website www.assembly.nakuru.go.ke and Public Procurement Information Portal; https://www.tenders.go.ke. Complete serialized tender document MUST be submitted back in both Soft and Hard copies. The softcopies shall be submitted through supplier portal and hardcopies in plain sealed envelopes clearly indicating Tender Number and Description as described in the Tender Document should be deposited to the Tender Box located at the County Assembly reception or sent by post to:

The dosing date for the submission of the Tender documents will be on 15th October, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter at the assembly’s committee room located at the ground floor of UGATUZI Plaza (New office Block) in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives who chose to attend. Late bids shall be rejected. Mandatory criterion is contained in the Bid Document.
