NB:

Bidders who had participated in the Supplier Pre-qualification/Registration advertised on 31st August, 2021 process and complied with requirements of the set evaluation criteria need not to re-apply. They may contact the Procure­ment Office for any inquiries.

Detailed Pre-qualification/Registration of Suppliers documents may be inspected from the Procurement Office situated on 9th floor, Bima House, Harambee Avenue during working hours (8.00am-1.00pm and 2.00pm-5.00pm) or the organization’s website www.cob.go.ke free of any charges.

Completed Pre-qualification/Registration documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked Pre-qualification/ Registration of Suppliers 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 indicating the category and item description as indicated should be addressed to:

Pre-qualification documents will be opened immediately after the closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, while strictly following the Ministry of Health protocols, at the Office of the Controller of Budget Boardroom on 12th floor, Bima House.
