TENDER NOTICE 

Matayos National Government-Constituency Development Fund invites eligible and interested contractors for the execution of the following projects. Tenderers may inspect and obtain a complete set of tender documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of. Kenya Shillings one thousand (1,000) only, payable to Matayos NG-CDF office during normal working hours. Both Contracts to be executed in phases.

Eligible bidders must meet and attach proof of the following mandatory requirements among others: –

  • Provide certificate of Incorporation/Registration
  • Provide valid National Construction Authority Certificate and practicing license under categories NCA 6 and above.
  • Provide PIN/VAT registration certificate.
  • Provide valid Tax compliance certificate.
  • Dully filled Form of Tender, singed and stamped.
  • Dully filled Confidential business questionnaire, singed and stamped.
  • Valid and up to date single business permit.
  • Certified copy of CR12 certificate (within this financial year).
  • Bid Bond (2%)
  • Bidders MUST serialize all the pages of their tender documents.

Completed tender documents in sealed plain envelopes, -dearly marked with respective tender number, name of project and bearing the name and address of;

should be deposited in the tender box located at the Matayos NG-CDF office on or before Monday, 25th October 2021 at 11.00 am. Submitted bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

NB: Women, Youth and PWD of the same category are encouraged to apply.
