FCA is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested suppliers in supplying of the following Tenders:
Assorted IT Consumables.
- Desktops
- Laptop
- Smartphones for Digital Training
- Smartphones charging stations
- Anti-Theft Phone Holders
- Headphones
- Classroom Furnishing Screen
- Projectors
- Wi-Fi Routers
- MiFi Routers
Bidding will be conducted through an open tender procedure.
- All the goods are for a humanitarian project in implemented by FCA in Nairobi.
- All goods to be delivered to FCA offices in Nairobi.
- Please note the bid prices shall be quoted in KES only inclusive of VAT.
All bids, in English only, must be submitted as one fully scanned document (both the tender dossier and supporting documents) online through E-mail: Kenya.tender1@kua.fi with the tender reference number as the subject of the mail: by 2359 hrs Kenyan time on 03/11/2021. Late bids will be rejected.

- Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the tender dossier. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, tender opening will take place on 04/11/2021 at 10.30 am through zoom (Please share the company representative’s email where the link will be sent).
- Tender documents will be available from 14/10/2021 at 0800hrs to 03/11/2021 by 1700hrs. Interested Bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents in English at no cost from the contact mentioned below.
