Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope indicating the “TENDER NUMBER AND NAME” without identifying the sender should be addressed to:

and placed in the tender box at the Tharaka University College Principal’s Office ON OR BEFORE Friday 29th October, 2021 at 10.00 A.M.
Opening of bids will take place immediately thereafter at Tharaka University College Boardroom in the presence of bidders/ their representatives who may choose to attend. Only one representative shall be allowed per bidder into the Boardroom, who must wear a mask, sanitize and maintain social distance as per the Covid 19 MOH Protocols.
Bidders must serialize all the pages of their bid document and indicate number of pages submitted failure to which shall lead to disqualification
