- The National cohesion & Integration Commission(NCIC)invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Medical, Life & GPA Insurance Covers for Commissioners & Staff for a period of one [1] year renewable up to a maximum of three [3] years based on performance:

- Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method as prescribed under section 96 of Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and Regulations 85 of Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Regulations 2020.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours from 8:00AM to 5:00p.m. at the address given below.
- A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for FREE of charge from the website www.cohesion.or.ke or www.tenders.go.ke.Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tenders@cohesion.or.ke or 17TH FLOOR, BRITAM TOWERS, HOSPITAL ROAD, UPPERHILL P.0 BOX 7055-00100 NAIROBI, KENYA to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
- The tender documents may also be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Ksh1000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Duly Completed Tender documents shall be enclosed in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number as stated in the tender documents and be deposited in the Tender box provided at the office HQs, Britam Towers, 17th Floor, Hospital Road, Upper hill, Nairobi or addressed to:

- The applications will be opened immediately thereafter, at the NCIC’s Boardroom on 17th Floor Britam Towers, Upper hill, Nairobi in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
The commission reserves the right to reject any tender application in whole or part.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
- Late tenders will be rejected.
