INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ROADWORKS COST ANALYSIS AND UPDATE OF COST ESTIMATION MANUAL (CEM) FY 2022/2023

Kenya Roads Board now invites tenders from eligible consultants to provide Consultancy Services for Roadworks Cost Analysis and Update of Cost Estimation Manual (CEM) for FY 2022/2023.
The detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) documents can be viewed and downloaded from Kenya Roads Board website: https://www.krb.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke at no cost. The documents can also be inspected and/or obtained from Supply Chain Management Office on 3rd Floor, Kenya Re Towers, Off Ragati Road during working days between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday 29th October, 2021 starting 10.00 am via online platform. Interested bidders are requested to send the names and email address of their nominees’ to info@krb.go.ke and tomai@krb.go.ke for issuance of the meeting credentials.
Bidders should also constantly check the KRB website (www.krb.go.ke ) for any addendums and other updates.
Completed Tender Documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “TENDER NO………………..FOR………………….” should be addressed, submitted and/or delivered to:

Or deposited in the Tender box situated on 3rd Floor, Kenya Re Towers so as to be received on or before Friday 12th November, 2021 at 12.00 Noon.
The proposals will be opened in KRB Boardroom on 3rd Floor immediately on the same day in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend. Any proposals received after the closing time shall be returned unopened.
