ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- a)A copy of KRA tax compliance Certificate.
- b)A copy of valid certificate of business registration
- c)Serialisation of pages
- d)Evidence of lines of credit
- e)A copy of audited accounts for the last three years.
Tender documents may be obtained from county supply chain management offices during normal working hours upon payment of non- refundable fee of kshs. 1000 (One Thousand Shillings only) per set of documents payable in cash at Eldoret East Sub-County Treasury.
Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked TENDER NO…. should be deposited in the TENDER BOX situated at the entrance of the Deputy County Commissioners office Kapsoya or mailed and addressed to:

So as to be received on or before 29th October, 2021 at 10.00 am. The tenders will
be opened immediately thereafter at the DCC’s boardroom in the presence of the
tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
