NAME AND DESCRIPTION: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOBILE SMART PHONES
1. The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) invites sealed tenders for the supply and
delivery of mobile phones
2. Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours From 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees of (Kshs.1000). The payment can be remitted through PayBill No.522522 Account no. 1106738608 and a receipt obtained from our Accounts office,
located at the Ground Floor, CA Centre. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from
the Website (www.ca.go.ke. Or www.tenders.go.ke ) Tender documents obtained electronically
will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
(www.ca.go.ke or www.tenders.goke .Tenderers who download the tender document must
forward their particulars immediately to (tenders@ca.go.ke ) to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Each
page of the tender submission must have a number and the numbers must be in chronological
order). For pagination, Arabic Numerals shall be used, i.e. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10…..n ( n
being the last numerical page of the tender document)
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 27th October
2021 at 10:30 Am.
