TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICE
The Alliance of Bioversity International and the International Center for Tropical Agriculture [CIAT] delivers research-based solutions that address the global crises of malnutrition, climate change, biodiversity loss, and environmental degradation.
The Alliance Hub office in Nairobi is Sourcing for Travel Management Service- to cover Africa Region, namely Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, DRC, Rwanda, Cameroon, Benin, Burundi, Ghana, Cote d’ivore, Senegal, and Ethiopia.
Interested Service Providers are hereby invited to submit Expressions of Interest. They must provide information indicating that they are qualified to provide the above services, including details of their experience in handling similar assignments, complete with references, contact details [address, telephone, email and names of contact persons] of firms they have worked for, value of contracts performed. They should also include a brief organizational profile, a copy of their Certificate of Registration and value proposition.
The Expressions of Interest and support documentation, to be sent electronically to the following email ciatkenyainfo@icgiar.org to reach by 1.00PM on Monday 1st November, 2021.
Only shortlisted firms shall be invited to submit proposals. This is not a Request for Proposals and therefore, prices and/or proposals are NOT required at this stage.
