TENDER NOTICE  

The Deputy County Commissioner, Nyakach Sub County wishes to invite tenders from eligible contractors for the following tenders

The interested bidders are required to have the following documents:

  1. Certified certificate of registration
  2. Valid KRA PIN certificate
  3. VAlid tax compliance certificate
  4. Valid NCA certificate
  5. AGPO certificate for firm belonging to the Youth, women and persons living with disability
  6. Proof of completed similar works
  7. Recent Audited Accounts and bank statement for the last six months
  8. 2% bid bond of tender sum

The tender documents are obtainable from the Sub County supply chain management office during working hours upon payment of Kshs. 1000.00(one thousand only) to the Sub County treasury Nyakach Sub County.

The completed tender documents sealed in plain envelope and marked with tender name are to be deposited in the tender box at the entrance of the Deputy County Commissioners office, Nyakach Sub County not later than 15th November, 2021. The tender will be opened on 15th November, 2021 at 10 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend
