PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF SERVICE BAY, SHEDS & GATE HOUSE AT COUNTY MECHANICAL WORKSHOP

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF BOMET TENDER NOVEMBER 2021 

The County Government of Bomet-invites sealed bids from interested eligible bidders in relevant category to bid for the following Tenders. The Tender documents can be downloaded from the County Government of Bomet website, www.bomet.go.ke . or suppliers’ portal vide the negotiation number attached for each tender.

Copies of mandatory requirements which must be submitted with the tender documents

1. Tender security of 120 validity period as shown above.
2. Valid National Construction Authority Certificate for building works category 7 and above.
3. Duly filled and signed form of Tender
4. Certified certificate of registration/incorporation.
5. Valid Tax compliance certificate.
6. Duly filled Bill of Quantities
7. Duly filled tender questionnaire
8. Duly filled confidential business questionnaire (attach CR 12 to confirm Directors)
9. Valid business/trading Licence from Bomet County.
10. Duly filled declaration form.
11. Any other-condition stipulated in the Tender document.

The following should be noted:

1. Individual bidders are encouraged to make their own arrangements on Tender site visits due to COVID-19 protocols, so as to assess the condition of the project before bidding.

All responses should be done both manually and online attaching requisite documents using IFMIS negotiation no

provided and a copy of a duly completed tender document in plain sealed envelope marked “TENDER” NO………….for……….”should be addressed to:

Or deposited in the tender box situated at the Procurement headquarters on or before Thursday 25^th  November 2021 at 11:00 AM and thereafter the documents will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend.
