Universal Traders Sacco Society Limited is in the process of updating its register of suppliers for various Goods & Services for the financial years 2022 & 2023. Interested eligible suppliers are invited to apply for pre-qualification, indicating the goods and/or services they wish to supply as below.

Pre-qualification documents can be purchased from UTS offices at non-refundable fee of Kshs Three Thousand Only (Kshs 3,000/=) payable in form of cash, Mpesa (paybill No.503500] or banker’s cheque (only payable to Universal Traders Sacco] Please note that any document submitted without an official receipt / confirmation of payment will be rejected.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and Pre-qualification documents at our Head Office in Machakos – Traders House, Syokimau road during normal working hours. The pre-qualification document can also be obtained from our website (www.universaltraders.co.ke].

Completed pre-qualification documents must be submitted enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender name, Tender number, Category number and Item description.

Opening of the pre-qualification documents will take place on 21st  December 2021 at 2.00 Pm at the Society’s Boardroom at the Head Office and in the presence of tenderers who wish to attend.

All participants will be required to post their prequalification documents in good time to be received on or before the closing day and addressed as above. The closing date for the submission of applications will be 21st December 2021 by12.00 noon. Tenders received after the deadline will be rejected.

The Sacco reserves the right to accept or reject any application wholly or partly without assigning any reason thereof.
