The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank towards the National Agricultural and Rural Inclusive Growth Project (NARIGP)and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for proposed construction works for Wemilabi- Central Bunyore Irrigation Project, in Luanda- Emuhaya Sub Counties.
The County Government of Vihiga – now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Wemilabi-Central Bunyore Irrigation Project
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Guidelines for IPF Borrowers-procurement in investment projects financing.
Interested national eligible bidders shall download the tender document from Vihiga County Government website freely, www.vihiga.go.ke
Completed tender documents must be delivered and deposited in the tender box located at County Supply Chain Offices Vihiga County Headquarters, Mbale Town, enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with tender reference number TENDER/VCG/NARIGP/002/2021-2022 and to the address below on or before 26^th NOVEMBER 2021 at 11.00am.
Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend.

NOTE;

Pre Site visit to be done on 19^th November 2021. Interested bidders to assemble at the County Commissioner’s Headquarters at 9.00am
