Tender documents can be obtained from the Diocesan Offices as from the 15th November 2021 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ksh. 6,000.00
Completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the Tender Number and Tender Description shall be delivered to Diocesan Offices, Sacred Heart Cathedral along Eldoret – Nairobi Road, Eldoret so as to be received on the 30th November, 2021 at 11:00am.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at Cathedral parking next to the Diocesan Offices in adherence to MOH protocols on Covid- 19 and in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late tenders will be rejected. For any queries or clarifications, visit The Finance Office during normal working hours.
Bidders to take note of the following;
There will be a mandatory pre – tender site visit for the above tender on the 23th November 2021 from 9:00am to 11:00am
