The Government through the Office of the Deputy President invites tenders for the following;

3 Provision of Cleaning Services ODP/ONT/003/2022-2022 30/11/2021 at 10.00 a.m. 2% of total bid price for 24 months
4 Supply & Delivery of Meat Products ODP/ONT/004/2021-2022 30/11/2021 at 10.00 a.m. 200,000
5 Provision of Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services ODP/ONT/005/2021-2022 30/11/2021 at 10.00 a.m. 200,000
  1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the procurement office Harambee House Annex 1st Floor, in person or against a written application.
  2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only (KES 1,000.00) per set/tender in Cash at the Cash Office situated at 1st Floor, Harambee House Annex, Harambee Avenue or in banker’s cheque payable to the Secretary Adminis­tration, Office of the Deputy President OR download the document for free from the website: www.dp@deputypresident.go.ke
  3. One original and one Copy of the tenders in plain sealed envelopes should be clearly marked the tender number and should be addressed to:

And be deposited at Office of the Deputy President Tender Box, situated at the Ground Floor, Harambee House Annex, Harambee Avenue or posted to the address above and should be received on or before 30th November, 2021 at 10.00 a.m. local time and MUST be accompanied by a bid guarantee as indicated in the table above from reputable bank or insurance company.

Bulky bid documents that cannot fit in the tender box should be dropped at the Head of Supply Chain Manage­ment Office at Harambee House Annex 1st Floor Room 1-11B.

  1. There will be pre-bid site visits for provision of cleaning services and provision of garbage collection services for both Harambee House Annex and Official Karen residence on the 23rd and 24th November 2021. The bidders may make their visit during normal working hours (8.30 am – 5.00 pm)
  2. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 10.00 a.m. on 30th November, 2021 at the Conference Room Harambee House Annex 4th Floor with strict adherence to Covid 19 protocols.
