1. The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank towards Kenya Climate Smart Agricultural Project (KCSAPJ and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract.
2. The County Government of Garissa invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for procurement as specified in the World Bank Guideline for procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD loans and IDA credits AND Grants by World Bank Borrowers”, dated January, 2011 (revised July 2014] open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Garissa county Website, www.garissa.go.ke and also from the Director procurement Office located at the finance County Headquarters and Kenya Climate Smart Agriculture Projects, County Project Coordinating Unit

4. The bidding document in English language may be obtained by interested bidders from the GARISSA County Websitewww.garissa.go.ke free of charge.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below and submitted on or before 17^th  December,2021at 10.00a.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend.
6. Completed tender documents [Original and one copy] are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with tender reference number-GARISSA C0UNTY-261458-CW-RFB/CGG/T/01/KCSAP/2021/2022 and be deposited in the Tender Box at KCSAP office, Garissa County and be addressed to:
