The County Commissioner’s office Nyeri County invites eligible bidders for the following works to be carried out at National Police College – Kiganjo. Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions may be obtained from Nyeri Central Sub – county procurement office upon payment of non-refundable fees of Kshs 1000 on normal working days at Nyeri Central Sub-County Treasury cash office. Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below as minimum requirements will be considered for further evaluation.

  1. Must have a company registration certificate.
  2. Must have a KRA PIN certificate and valid TAX COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE.
  3. Must have a valid National Construction Authority Certificate class six (6) and above (NCA 6 AND ABOVE for item number one)
  4. Must have proof of work of similar magnitude undertaken by the bidder.
  5. Must have a detailed company profile showing adequate equipment and qualified personnel.
  6. Must have audited accounts for the last one (1) year and proof of access to CREDIT from REPUTABLE BANK
  7. Must have a bid bond of 2% of the tender sum from a reputable bank or approved INSURANCE. company.
