The Nairobi Hospital (TNH) is currently implementing its Strategic Plan for the years 2019- 2024.Part of the implementation includes Digital Transformation to improve healthcare service delivery. TNH is therefore inviting prospective solution providers who have a proven track record in delivering integrated Hospital Management Information Systems(HMIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to deliver patient-centered quality care through improvements in patient experience leveraging on technology.
Key deliverables
The broad schedule of services for the successful bidder are as follows:
- Supply, installation, implementation, configuration, customization and testing of seamless Enterprise Resource Planning system and Hospital Information Management System software complete with a document management system in conformance to industry standards.
- Integration with existing IT applications (specialty systems) as well as third party systems (Insurance claim portals, payment platforms etc.)
- Data Migration/Data conversion from legacy and manual systems
- Change Management and Capacity Building including Training of users for effective use of the ERP and HMIS systems
- Application maintenance and support
Interested prospective suppliers are requested to submit the following documents as part of their response to this Expression of Interest (EOI):

| 1. | Certified copies of statutory licenses and certifications. Include details of the company’s physical premises and contact details. In the case of a consortium, a signed agreement between the members and each to submit the statutory documents. |
| 2. | Company profile that includes experience in supply and implementation of integrated ERP and HMIS solutions for a hospital of similar capacity and complexity |
| 3. | Brief description of past projects (not more than 6 years) of similar scope delivered to a healthcare institution. |
| 4. | Evidence of experience in data migration from legacy systems |
| 5. | Experience in undertaking change management in ICT projects of similar magnitude. |
| 6. | Team composition of proposed key experts for the implementation of ERP and HMIS |

Interested firms/ consortium are requested to submit their EOI response on or before Tuesday, 14th December, 2021 at 1100 Hours East African time electronically through tnhbidsreceipt@nbihosp.org or dropping physical responses at the Procurement Office located at the Main Hospital.
Electronic and physical EOI responses must be clearly marked with the bid title and reference.
The Hospital is not obliged to offer any tender to the lowest or any other bidder or give any reasons thereof.
