TENDER NOTICE 

Suba South National Government Constituency Development Fund Committee (NG-CDFC) and the various Project Management Committees (PMCs) of the respective schools, wishes to invite interested, eligible contractors and motor vehicle dealers from reputable companies for the below mentioned tenders.

All submitted bids must be serialized by the bidder and the following documents be attached:

  1. A certified copy of certificate of registration /incorporation and NCA registration where applicable
  2. A certified copy of the company CR12
  3. A certified copy of a valid KRA PIN registration certificate and valid Tax Compliance Certificate for the firm/ Company
  4. Evidence of similar works done for the last 3 years
  5. A sworn affidavit of litigation history
  6. A certified copy of the last six months banks statement
  7. Security bid bond of 2% of the bid price from a reputable insurance company or bank
  8. A duly filled, stamped and signed tender documents and a copy of receipt acknowledging payment of tender fees

Tender documents with detailed specifications and tender conditions can be obtained from Suba South NG-CDF office at Kaloko -Gingo during office working hours upon presentation of a cash deposit slip of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1, 000 to Equity bank account number 0760277182849 per set of documents. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all relevant government taxes and any incidental costs. Completed bid documents should be addressed to;

and submitted/deposited in the tender box situated at the SUBA SOUTH NG-CDF OFFICE in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender number and tender name so as to reach on or before 8th  December, 2021 at 10:00 am. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
