TENDER NOTICE 

The Judiciary invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the following listed tenders;

Interested and eligible candidates may view/obtain the tender documents by downloading from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke. Any request for clarifications must be made in writing. All Clarifications and/or addendums, will be posted on the Judiciary and PPIP websites. A mandatory site visit for bidders will be held on 8th  December, 2021 at 10.00am at the specific Chief Magistrate Chambers.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid fora period of 120 days from the closing date of the tender. The Tenders must be accompanied by tender security of Kshs. 100,000 in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked as per the information provided in the table above under Tender Number and Description and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the security entrance, Supreme Court building -city hall way, Nairobi or be addressed and posted to:

to be received on or before the dates and time indicated in the table above.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Boardroom Room located at the 2nd floor room 74 supreme court city hall way, Nairobi, Kenya or as may be advised by the client.
