Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents from the school’s website: www.hospitalhill.sc.ke and bill of Quantities to be collected from the Principal’s office within working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of ksh. 1000..
Mandatory Requirements
- Certificate of incorporation
- Valid copy of pin certificate/VAT certificate
- A copy of valid Tax compliance certificate
- A copy of NCA 7 and above in building works
- A copy of NCA7 practicing certificate
- Dully filled and signed Form of Tender
- All pages of the documents should be paginated and tape bound
- Copy of valid business permit
- Bid security bond of 2% of the total cost from a reputable bank or insurance company
- Copy of current CR12 from the registrar of companies
- Confidential business questionnaire
- Attach management of power of attorney
- Brief history of the company on litigation
- Attach no declaration of no conviction of corruption
- Evidence of financial resources
- Evidence of equipment ownership/lease
- Evidence of works done for the last 5 years of the same magnitude
Complete tender document to be enclosed in plain envelope, marked with tender number and then deposited in the tender box at Hospital Hill High School – Nyari Estate along Red Hill Road or mailed to the following address:
