Or, dropped in the Tender Box situated at the main entrance of the Administration Block (ABA) Building at Masinde Muliro University of Science & Technology (MMUST) main campus along Kakamega – Webuye Road in Kakamega and not any other place so as to reach the University not later than10.00am on Tuesday 21st December ,2021. Opening of the bid documents will be done immediately thereafter in the presence of applicants or their representatives who choose to attend.
