Mount Kenya University is a chartered and ISO 9001:2015 Certified University admitting both government-sponsored and ~ self-sponsored students. The University has campuses located in Thika [Main campus] .Mombasa, Nairobi, Nakuru, Eldoret, Meru, Parklands Law campus and MKU Rwanda. MKU ODeL centres in Kakamega, Kitale, Kisii, Kisumu, Malindi.

The University wish to invite applications for pre-qualification of suppliers for provision of various goods and services from interested eligible bidders for the years 2022/2024 as per item listing provided hereunder:

Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Prequalification documents from the office of the Procurement Officer, Equip Africa Institute Building, Ground Floor, Mount Kenya University General Kago Rd, P.O Box 342- 01000, Thika-Kenya. Tel. 020-2878000, +254709153 000, +254 724 204 209 during normal working hours i.e. Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. to 5.00p.m with effect from 7^th  December 2021

A complete set of pre-qualification documents may be obtained at a cost of Kshs3,000/= [Non -refundable] per category, payable to:

So as to reach on or before 21^st  December 2021, at 10.00 a.m. The closing/opening process will be conducted immediately thereafter in the presence of firms’ representatives who choose to attend at the Indoor game arena.

Late bids will not be considered.
